The challenges of climate security are among the most important public issues. That is why we help citizens and civil society to understand the nature of these challenges and create a space for discussion and reflection. We support positive grassroots action and help participate in important decision-making processes related to making positive green changes in local communities.

School climate audits and agendas. We help school communities to check the extent to which schools are climate-friendly in terms of water and energy consumption, food, transport to school, teaching aids used. We support students and teachers in discussing and developing climate agendas, i.e. a list of actions the school wants to take in order to make positive pro-environmental changes.

Youth climate councils. We provide youth councils with the knowledge and participatory tools to take a constructive part in designing the future of cities and municipalities. We believe that youth councils should speak up and make a real impact on local decisions regarding climate security.

Climate citizens' assembly. We supported the Warsaw city authorities in holding a public discussion on the city's pro-environmental policy. Thanks to the panel, Varsovians had the chance to indicate the measures the authorities should take to ensure energy efficiency. The assembly was realised in 2020 together with the Pole Dialogu Foundation and the Stocznia Foundation. We received an award for its organisation.

Green civic consultations. We facilitate youth councils to hold intergenerational meetings with residents, where the community discusses climate challenges and solutions that can be implemented in their local communities.

Lesson plans and educational projects. We prepare educational materials to raise young people's awareness of environmental issues, climate change, sustainable development, north-south solidarity.
