Education on European affairs

project targeted at Local community Youth Councils Youth School
Since 2017, we have been implementing civic education projects about the European Union. We are committed to increasing citizens' interest in European issues, popularising the idea and importance of the European Union, stimulating discussion on the directions of the EU, and finally encouraging mainly young people to become pro-European in their communities.

What do we do?

  • We run workshops about the EU in schools. We help pupils to better understand and appreciate the European Union.
  • We have worked with Team Europe and EUROPE DIRECT experts to find answers to the question of how to teach young people about the European Union and how to talk to them about the EU.
  • We create a space and opportunity for meetings and debates about the European Union and the directions of its future development. We have been collecting recommendations from young people on the directions of the EU, in line with the ‘Conference on the Future of Europe’.
  • From 2019, in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Poland and the European Parliament Office in Poland, we are implementing the European Congress of Youth Councils. Read more about the congress here
