Programme for the development of volunteering in Warsaw theatres

The Civis Polonus Foundation is implementing a programme to support the development of volunteering in Warsaw's theatres from 2023. We are currently conducting the II. stage of the training programme with a group of employees of 9 Warsaw theatres.

The main aim of the project is:
  • to improve the model of cooperation with volunteers in establishments,
  • to create a community and network of volunteer coordinators and volunteers,
  • to share good practices on volunteering,
    preparing institutions to cooperate with volunteers,
  • to implement the first pilot volunteer projects.

What do we do?

The programme consists of:
  • group trainings for programme participants, combined with study visits to institutions in the area of the capital city of Warsaw where well-developed volunteering functions.
  • individual coaching support in the form of conducting a workshop for its employees.
In addition, each institution participating in the programme receives financial support for activities related to the promotion and implementation of volunteering.
